100% Refund
If the clients requests a refund after booking and paying for service, but prior to the initial call, if applicable.  
If the client requests a refund no later than 60 minutes after the conclusion of the initial call.  
If the service provider misses the delivery deadline by up to 24 hours. 
If the client requests a refund prior to the service provider commencing work on the deliverable. *Service provider will confirm whether or not work has commenced.*
Partial Refund
Partial refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the service provider. 
Partial refunds, when issued, are limited to 75% of the original cost. The rest is prorated. 
Zero Refund
After the completion of service, i.e. Coaching Session or Resume Deliverable.
